*** PLEASE NOTE** This unit is next to the Mernda train line which is being upgraded, there are times of noise during the day, Please be aware that noise may affect your stay, prices are reduced accordingly but refunds will not be offered*** Beautiful self-contained bungalow in central Preston. The unit is set at the back of our family home but is completely private. best central Preston location imaginable, less than 5 minutes walk to all amenities. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC Full kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cook top, microwave. (Note no oven) 1 x bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom and a massive walk in wardrobe with a sliding door. The wardrobe is huge and could easily be used as a second bedroom for a baby. We are happy to provide a travel cot if required. The living room has a futon sofa bed which we are happy to provide linen for if you are 2 people + Extremely family friendly - we are in the main house with 2 small children and are happy to provide toys, books, highchairs etc, we even have a spare car seat if you need it! Private courtyard and off street parking available if required. entire space We live in the front section so we are available always should you need help. We are also happy to leave you be if you prefer peace and quiet. very family friendly neighbourhood, walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, Preston market, public transport, parks etc its literally all at your doorstep Public transport is readily available and so easy to access, we can also offer off street parking if you prefer. Please note our house is right next to the train line, so you will hear trains passing. While free WIFI is available, it is not a super strong signal and will not function for working from home, zoom meetings etc
