"Staycation" studio with Lake, Garden, and Pool

A brand new studio apartment with quiet environment, located in busy area near Pondok Indah & Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. Our studio offers a "staycation" concept where you don't have to get out to the city (even it is near): - The balcony view: 2 swimming pools, a lake with jogging track, children playground, and gardens! - A comfy spot on the corner with large bean bag to relax, enjoy your books or music. - Samsung AC - 32" LED TV with stereo speakers and sub woofer - Clothing hanger - A studio approx. 20 square meter with bathroom, balcony facing east (morning sunshine), and a small washroom. - A very large bean bag that is so comfortable even for extra bed at night! The bean bag is also perfect spot for reading your books or relax and watch movies. - A bed fits enough for two people (200 x 120cm), and can be divided into two beds for more sleep space. - Liquid body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and also coffee & tea as complimentary. - Bathroom with shower (water heater currently unavailable), and a seating closet. - A small balcony with great view. - 2 swimming pools (adult & child), lake with jogging track, all for free. - Cafetaria, mini market, laundry, local F&B tenants available on ground floor. - Steps away from famous franchise restaurants & bakeries, or order online if you are too lazy to get up :D - Secured parking access (motorcycle / car) I live away from the apartment around 8 kilometer / 30 minutes driving. I will only meet you only at check-in and check-out, but I would also love to accompany you whenever I am free from schedules, or assist you anytime you need something. - Ciputat is a suburban district next to South Jakarta, with some major infrastructures such as MRT to downtown Jakarta and new toll roads nearby. You will expect heavy traffic going to Jakarta in mornings and from Jakarta at evenings on weekdays. - The apartment has large green area and quiet relaxing atmosphere with the lake, gardens, and swimming pools. - Located in a busy main road with 24 hour access to public transportation, including Transjakarta bus to central Jakarta. - Surrounded by restaurants (famous franchises, or even small local stalls which open until midnight), hypermarkets, and mini marts. - Apart from the lake inside apartment area, there is also a big lake nearby as public local attraction. - Traditional market is also nearby with 3 minutes walk, open from dawn. - Only 4 kilometer away from Lebak Bulus (MRT train to Central Jakarta), Pondok Indah where it has shoping malls and golf course, and toll access to airport (approximately 45 minutes away) - Public transportation is available 24 hours in front of the apartment (buses and microbuses called 'angkot'). - Transjakarta Bus to the center of Jakarta is also available from there. - Online-based transportation such as Grab and Gojek (motorcycle and car) would be the recommended option to go around. Relatively cheap and accessible from your mobile phone anytime. - Wi-Fi is available for optional and additional charge applies. - Cable TV is available by monthly charges). However i could lend you my USB drive full of newest High Definition movies or TV series and play it through the LED TV (we love movies!). - The unit is facing east, so the morning sunshine goes in through the balcony door. - The main road will usually have congested traffic during busy hours. So it is a perfect place to have a vacation with everything in this apartment and nearby ;) - There are few towers still on progress therefore consider some work noises. - Moslem Prayer Calling from the mosque nearby may be heard in several times a day, but only could be heard in decent volume. - If you bring a car / motorcycle, parking charges will apply (SecureParking).
