Don’t forget the heart-shaped pond along the driveway. Please note events and parties not allowed Welcome to peace and quiet at this Holiday Home. Please do not book here if you want a party house, doing so will reflect badly on your feed back. A secluded subtropical paradise offering the perfect escape for those seeking peace and tranquillity in the countryside of Coatesville. With entry down a long driveway past feature ponds, Coatesville Oasis is set on grounds over six hectares. Upon arrival you will feel instantly relaxed. Boasting 4 double bedrooms, 2 spacious living areas with fantastic indoor/outdoor flow to a paved area with swimming pool and park like grounds. With two living areas on offer, open plan living and a large kitchen area, plus a small additional house there is plenty of space for all the family. This is indeed a great space for kids, they can run around and play on the lawns, climb and play on the newly installed kids climbing frame complete with slides – as shown on the photos, play tennis, basket ball and let's not forget about the swimming pool! Mum and dad can just sit back and relax. Available for use, tennis racquets (five), Pool toys, soccer, rugby, basket, tennis balls , cricket set . The family room is equipped with TV and blue ray player, some movies are available along with a few games and paperbacks. Kitchen has plenty of storage space, crockery and cutlery for 18, double oven, a new induction hob, dish washer, a reasonable sized fridge-freezer and a large fridge. The Kitchen/Lounge area opens out to your outdoor dining area, a table that will seat ten and a Weber barbecue right next to the pool. The second house has an open plan lounge/sleeping area along with a separate kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and crockery /cutlery for 6 and bathroom with washing machine. Please look at our room set up for the beds available in each room, these can be moved to best accommodate your group. We have strong belief in caring for the environment so only eco friendly cleaners and soaps are used as of 2019, where ever possible the same philosophy is carried out on the grounds as well. Situated near local cafés, vineyards and the Coatesville market, which is held on the first Sunday of every month. Located a short 10 minute drive to Westfield Albany, 25 minutes (off-peak) to the Auckland CBD and 40 minutes (off-peak) to the Auckland International Airport. Accessible to all the facilities.
