City Centre Apartment Marina Location free parking

Luxury Apartment sitting right on the waters edge of the Mersey Docks/Marina. Sit and watch the beautiful sunsets or the boats coming and going. Very peaceful and quiet with all amenities a short walk away. My home is welcoming and warm and I know you will love it just as much as I do. There is parking for 1 car if needed 2 if you give me enough notice. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery etc. There is a microwave and a dishwasher as well as the usual things you find in a kitchen. The TV in the main living area is a smart TV with freeview, Netflix etc. There are also Smart TV’s in both of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are of an average size with everything that you need to be comfortable and have a great sleep. Both beds have memory foam mattresses. One Towel per person is provided per 2 night stay. More towels will be provided for longer stays. The whole apartment can be used by guests. Please note that I live here part time so please be aware that my personal belongs are in the apartment. By that I mean clothes/food etc. I won't be there at all if you rent the whole apartment. There is wardrobe space in both rooms for you to use. You can access the marina side by 2 doors. Either the patio door in the living room which is accessed at the risk of the person staying as the step is higher than normal when you step out. Or the communal door at the back of the property. Please note that check in times can be arranged out of the times stated if it’s possible, So if you have an early flight/arrival and I can accommodate you I will try my best. Just ask :-) I am extremely easy going and very laid back. I will be on hand/phone to help with anything from restaurant recommendations to which bars and clubs to go to. I also have extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding so whatever your thing is I can recommend tourist places, off the beaten track places, just about anything. You have the peace of quiet of the Marina and then the bustle of the city a short walk away. Best of both worlds. Very safe area for adults and children. The Famous Albert Dock with it's museums, restaurants, bars and Art Galleries is a 10 minute walk away along the River Mersey. Liverpool One with it's shops, bars and restaurants is also a 10 minute walk away. It also less than a 5 minute walk to the trendy Baltic Market and Baltic triangle area. The city centre of Liverpool isn't particularly large so can easily be walked all around. Liverpool One - Shopping is a 15 minute walk away.. The Albert Dock is a 10 minute walk away. The Marina is on your doorstop. The Echo Arena and the ACC conference centre is 5 minutes walk away. There is a comfy bus that stops 30 seconds walk away from the apartment which takes you around the city. The City tour bus also stops just outside. The apartment is for 4 guests only and this is the maximum people who can stay. If found that there are more than 4 guests you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given.
