Relax & Unwind - Rustic Setting on Marbellup Brook

2 bedrooms (one queen and one double), 1 bathroom studio beautifully situated on Marbellup brook, 15 mins from centre of Albany, 35 mins to Denmark, 2 mins to Elleker general store & tavern, 7 mins to beautiful Mutton Bird beach (you can even paddle there from our back door if you bring a canoe/paddle board). Close to Munda Biddi trail and Bibbulmun track. Our rustic property is not suitable for children due to deep steep creek. Pet friendly (prior arrangement is required in regards to pets). The cottage built of recycled and salvaged materials and (precious) water is supplied via rainwater tank throughout the property. It is a great place to relax an unwind and sits on 1.5 acres backing on to river reserve. Canoe to Torbay inlet and beach. Lovely native gardens with lots of birds & wildlife. 200 metres to Elleker tavern & service station (best burger in town and varieties of local wines). Close to world class Mutton Bird beach (must visit) and the Munda Biddi trail for cyclists and walkers. Pet friendly :) Guests have separate access to this studio with parking at their front door. Please note there's no Optus coverage in Elleker area, Telstra only! No pets allowed on the furnitures and guests must be picking up after pets. Guests will be left to their own privacy unless assistance is required. The owners are living on the same property with their well behaved dog ("Boondie", she is 7 years old staffy x red healer) in a separate house and will be happy to assist with any inquiries. Elleker is very friendly small & safe community. Only 7 mins to beautiful Muttonbird beach which is dog friendly. The Munda Biddi Trail is closed by, there is an 8 km section of dual use trail between Elleker and Torbay called the Torbay Rail Trail which is now part of the Munda Biddi Trail. This section is suitable for equestrian riders, walkers with dogs and cyclists so don't forget to bring your bicycles :-) Unfortunately, there's no public bus service in Elleker, the best way to get around is by car, bike or bicycle. Our pet friendly AirBnB is not suitable for toddlers & children due to deep steep creek. It is common decency and respect that guests are responsible for their pets. If there is an unforeseen situation where guests need to leave their pets in the cottage on its own, please consult with us beforehand. Please note there's no OPTUS coverage in Elleker area and no wifi internet signal in the cottage.
