Round The Bend, an annexe in a quiet village.

Round The Bend has been recently refurbished to a high level with an open plan kitchen and lounge, double bedroom and bathroom. The patio doors open on to a small shingle courtyard with table and chairs for outside dining. A gas BBQ is provided for your use. There is space for off road parking for 1 car, but an additional car would find a space on the quiet roadside. The accommodation is perfect for a couple but can easily accommodate 4 people with use of the double size sofa bed in the lounge. Round The Bend is fitted to a luxury standard with top brand appliances in the kitchen, including large fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. There is a large Smart TV in the lounge where you can Watch all the SMART services with your own log in. Eg AMAZON PRIME, NETFLIX, DISNEY +. The modern shower room has a large shower tray with rainfall shower head. The bedroom is light and airy, with a double size Hypnos bed, where you're sure to get a good nights sleep. The sofa bed in the lounge is of top quality and has the addition of a memory foam mattress topper, which makes for a really comfortable nights sleep. A clothes line in the court yard is also provided should you wish to use it. Round The Bend forms part of the ground floor of our house with its own private entrance and self check in with a private court yard. We will be around most of the time for any questions or assistance should you need it. Our village has a beautiful thatched pub and a church dating back to the 13th century. The Masons Arms serves traditional pub food and Hall & Woodhouse ales. If you fancy a full English breakfast or a nice lunch Palmers Garden Centre is only 1.5 miles away. Lower Odcombe also has Greensleeves a fantastic nursery with farm shop. There is also a self serve dispenser of Organic milk and other food items such as cheese from the village hall. You are close to Yeovil Town, but far enough away to be in the most peaceful of villages where a good nights sleep can be had by all. Our location is perfect for events at Brympton House as we are only 1 mile away. Or you may fancy a visit to the National Trust owned Montacute House in the neighbouring village. Off road parking on the property, 2 train stations in Yeovil, Pen Mill and Yeovil Junction. Yeovil Town centre is a 5 min drive away. A car is helpful to explore the area fully, but equally come by train, there are plenty of lovely walks and attractions close by.
