"The Elephant House"

The house is on three levels: on the first floor living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom; the second floor is a master bedroom with panoramic views and a large bathroom with central tub; on the third floor, in the attic, a double bedroom with sink. The house is equipped with a small private courtyard, thermo-gas central heating and an air conditioner. In the two main bedrooms there is a TV set. The village of Squares is a lovely quiet town and at the same time close to some of the most beautiful towns of Tuscany (Cetona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sarteano, Chiusi) and art cities such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo and Assisi, without forgetting the natural beauty of the Val di Chiana and Mount Cetona and the spas of Chianciano. Val di Chiana, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, offers the possibility of multiple activities: hiking, biking, nature parks, spa resorts (the closest, San Casciano dei Bagni, a few minutes away), museums , churches, tennis and golf, horse riding, fishing / hunting and summer concerts, tastings and festivals. The supermarket is a few meters from the house and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The house has three floors and is simple furnished. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. In the second floor there's a double bedroom with a beautiful panoramic view and a big bathroom with a nice bathtub in the center. In the third floor there's a lovely bedroom, Which Also has a sink and a great view. The house has air condition and heating. There are a total of 6 beds and two bathrooms so it is a good accommodation Both for families and small groups. This is the perfect holiday house considering its central location in Tuscany. It's a short trip to some of its most beautiful villages (Cetona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sarteano, Chiusi) and bigger centers like Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Arezzo. The nature of the Val di Chiana, where the village is situated, is gorgeous like the Monte Cetona (Cetona'mountain) That is just near by and perfect for hiking and mountain bike rides. The area has beautiful churches and quaint medieval villages, but Also great restaurants, tennis courts, spas, wellness centers, equestrian centers, areas dedicated to hunting and fishing, and golf courses. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation and if you want to have a chance of tasting good wine and local products. There is a supermarket close to the house and good restaurants.
