Butterfly lodge

our home has just been totally refurbished so everything is brand new and done with a modern high spec. we are in a quite cul-de-sac that's close to popular restaurant's and family friendly pubs. We are within walking distance from Pontarddulais shopping centre which has a variety of big named shop's with plenty of parking also. we are a 20 minute drive to Swansea town centre and 20 minute to the beautiful Mumbles. Getting to the famous stunning beaches of the Gower will take you just 35mins. There house is near penllegaer woods which is very popular with dog walkers. I allow dogs as along as they are fully house trained!! the rear garden is fully enclosed for your faithful friend. There will be a key safe to get in to the house. We can be contacted at all times and available if there's a problem. The grill house in waunarllwydd is a must!!! I recommend you book as they are very popular they are 4mins drive from the house or 15min walk. Port Eynon is my favourite place with a lovely ice cream shop and the chip shop there is amazing!!! The LC2 is our indoor water park which is fantastic for the kids and the kid in you hahah!! also offers a fully equipped gym and soft play area. There are a few bus stops located around the area which takes you in to the city centre. and everything you need is within a small drive away. the top bunk bed is only for a child up the age of 14yrs of age not for adults
