Family apartment furnished according to the local use, with a balcony and a view on the plain of Altoggio. Two rooms for a total of 4/5 beds. The apartment is located above the Pizzeria "El Merendero", a short walk from the parking place (which is free). From the balcony you can enjoy the plain of Altoggio, a wide range of fields surrounded by woods; looking south you will see Ossola valley, with the tops of Tignolino and Moncucco, Cistella to the west and facing north-east the Scheggia and the firsts pastures, including Coipo You will have access to the bedroom with a large balcony, a bathroom and a small cooking area. When booking more than 2 people you will also have access to a second bedroom with double bed. I always do my best to make my guests feel comfortable, with the invaluable help of my family. Do not be afraid to ask our suggestions because even though we are always in a hurry, when we have time, we enjoy the place just like you (and maybe with you). Altoggio has long been the most populated fraction of Montecrestese. The historic center of the village is very old and has unique views for photography lovers. The unspoiled nature surrounding the place makes everything quiter and reduces the annoying noises of the city. There are countless routes on foot, by bicycle or motorbike that we would like to advise you. In addition to the historical center of Altoggio, which is worth a visit for the church of San Giovanni (recently renovated) and the centenary well; the Devil's bridge, built during the roman empire and destination for canyoning enthusiasts, is located near Altoggio on a cliff over the river Isorno. Going up to the pastures of Coipo you will find the Church of San Luca, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views in all seasons, but especially in winter after a tour in snowshoes. Tap water is 100% drinkable and very refreshing !
