This is my dad's spacious home in the foothills of the Sequoias. Minutes away from the entrance to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. This listing is for the downstairs unit of my dad's two-story attached guest house. Sleeps up to 5 guests (king, queen and single bed) and an extra guest sleeping on a large couch. Can be combined with the upstairs unit, if available, to sleep a total of 9 guests. Lemoncove is an old mining town located in the foothills of the Sequoias and is only minutes away from the entrance to the Sequoia & King Canyon National Parks. The space available is the downstairs unit of a large 2-story guest house attached to my dad's country home. Approx. 800 sq ft. It includes a king, queen, and single bed and can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably with a 6th guest crashing on the large couch. The downstairs unit includes: * Seperate private entrance. * Very large combined bedroom & living room with a king-size and single bed. * Private bedroom with queen bed * Fireplace for winter (bring some firelogs to use). * New air conditioner for summer. * Mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. * Private bathroom. * 50" Ultra HD tv with Roku / Netflix. * High speed wifi. * New carpeting. * HEPA air purifier. * Large outdoor patio with BBQ. There are great restaurants located in the mountain town of Three Rivers just minutes from my dad's. Keweah Lake near my dad's has rentals available for use on the lake. There are a couple of small markets in Lemon Cove. The larger markets are located in Visalia and Woodlake. There is a laundry mat in Woodlake. Ez Wash Lavamatica Woodlake, CA 93286 (Website hidden by Airbnb) There are 2 small steps to access the bathroom.
