Wynnum Pool House

The Pool house is a 1 bedroom self contained apartment in our back yard that we built for family and friends that visit from overseas to give them their own space when visiting. It has its own access and is to totally separate from our house. Its perfect for couples / individuals and people working nearby. We are approx 15 mins drive from both the airport and the port, and a 5 minute drive to both Wynnum and Manly shops and esplanades. Cafes and shops less than 10 mins walk The apartment is located in our back yard with your own access down the side of the house. Its fully self contained, including an oven and microwave in the kitchen as well as a separate lounge and bedroom. The bedroom consist of 2 single beds which can easily be pushed together if required. On-street parking available. Its totally separate from our house so you can have all the peace and quiet you desire. However we are on hand to answer any questions you may have. You are more than welcome to use the pool We live on site in the main house with our 2 children. We are both originally from the UK but have lived in NZ for 12 years before moving here with our young family. We are happy to help you in any way we can but also will respect your privacy. This is a lovely, quiet, safe neighbourhood, approx 17km from Brisbane CBD. Great transport links. Walking distance to Wynnum Plaza and other cafes and takeaways Bus stop to CBD, waterfront and shopping centres approx 500mm away. Train station approx 3 kms. 15 minute drive from the Sleeman Centre in Chandler where the shooting and cycling is being held for the Commonwealth games 2018 Check in and check out is flexible depending on the movements of other guests. Just let us know your plans and we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to this being our family home no visitors are accepted onto the property.
