Our house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively. The house has 2 storeys and is the first of a group of 3 houses. It has a ducted air conditioning and heating system. Our price reflects the fact that you can use the heating or cooling system when you need it. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the family/dining room leading to a sheltered and screened outdoor patio BBQ area. There is also an ensuite bedroom with Queen Sized bed, WIR (Walk in Robe) and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one with a Queen Sized bed with WIR; and the other bedroom contains two king single beds with WIR. A separate office nook is provided on the upper floor. With reliable and fast wired internet throughout the house, you can do get access to your work, studies or entertainment on line at all time. A laundry with a modern washing machine connects directly to an outside clothes line. Access to double garage is by a remote control key. The site sliding security gate is also controlled by a remote key. Following every booking the house floors, linen, bathrooms, laundry and outside areas are professionally cleaned so that we can maintain the highest quality of presentation and comfort for our guests. The house is your house for the time you stay with us and we ask you to enjoy the experience and trust that you will look after it as though it were your own. Vehicle and pedestrian access A brick paved driveway leads to the garage and house from Whatley Crescent. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the threshold in front of the garage. There can be no parking on the driveway which is Common Property. Street parking is not permitted by Council. Pedestrian access is via a personnel security gate (we will give you the 4 digit code) and the paved driveway. The house is for your use during your stay provided that you treat it with respect and compassion. The price includes the running of the air conditioner for a maximum of 10 hours a day. If you want to use that for more than 10 hours, you will need to pay for the extra use. Fast and reliable wired internet throughout the house. Free to air TV . We live next door and can give assistance – please contact us by phone. We are close to everything. There are some of the most popular restaurants and entertaining areas nearby. We are just short train ride to Optus stadium, Perth Arena, Elizabeth Key and other wonderful entertaining spots of Perth. Given the parking is rather expensive and hard to find in those areas in Perth, it is such a bonus to just hop on the train and you will be at your destination. It is such a wonderful experience to take your kids on a train ride as well. In our neighbourhood, there are also parks and river-side gardens for kids to get close to nature and to be in lush green big space. You can feed wild ducks and watch graceful swans gliding on water. You can have a friendly chat with a gentleman fishing by the river. We are also close to some Park Run clubs if you and your family are Park Run club members. You can just join in the clubs here to meet new people and make more friends. If you are looking for some authentic Asian ingredients, Coventry Village will make you feel at home. It is only 6 minutes drive from our house where you can buy food of all kinds such as Halal meat and food. Watertown shopping complex where you can buy branded clothes and other items on discount is about 13 minutes away by car or you can travel by train and catch a free Yellow Cat. DFO and Costco are 9 minute drive away Train service is the most convenient way to get around from our place. You can catch the train and buses to just about everywhere in Perth. The bicycle path is ideal for you and your family to keep fit and enjoy different places at the same time. You can ride down to as far as Fremantle or even up to the hills areas Please read the following information carefully before booking. Violation of any of the rules will lead to an immediate cancellation without refund. 1. OUR HOUSE CAN ONLY SERVICE NON-SMOKERS. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER OR IF ONE PERSON IN YOUR GROUP IS A SMOKER, PLEASE DON'T BOOK OUR HOUSE. 2. STRICTLY NO PETS OR ANIMALS 3. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OR VISITORS. OUR HOUSE IS NOT TO BE BOOKED AS A VENUE FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY'S CATCH UPS OR CELEBRATIONS. 4. STRICTLY NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS, OFFICE OR LOUNGE. 5. AIR CONDITIONERS AND LIGHTS MUST BE TURNED OFF WHEN THERE IS NO ONE IN THE ROOM OR BEFORE GOING OUT. 6. NO UNAUTHORISED PERSON (UNREGISTERED WHEN BOOKING) IS ALLOWED TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THE HOST'S CONSENT. 7. BEFORE CHECKING OUT, GUESTS MUST WASH CLEAN, DRY AND PUT AWAY ALL THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN USED IN THE KITCHEN DURING THEIR STAY. THEY MUST TAKE THE RUBBISH FROM THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS OUT TO THE BINS PROVIDED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. 8. NO HEATERS OR AIR CONDITIONERS ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT CONTINUOUSLY. IF YOU NEED THEM TO OPERATE ALL DAY AND NIGHT, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE YOUR BOOKING. 9. NO VISITING GUESTS OR HEAVY CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ARE ALLOWED. 10. NO SUITCASES OR BAGS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PLACED ON BEDS. 11. STRICTLY NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE 12. STRICTLY ONE INFANT PER BOOKING AND NO MORE THAN THREE KIDS PER BOOKING (INCLUDING THE INFANT). THERE ARE EXTRA CHARGES IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A COT SET UP. THE EXTRA CHARGE IS $20/NIGHT. 13. IF THE BBQ IS USED, IT MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE THE CHECK OUT. AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF THE BBQ IS LEFT DIRTY. 14. IT IS GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE HYGIENCE OF THE HOUSE DURING YOUR STAY.
