Welcome to families and group of friends in this large duplex apartment in the heart of Annecy pedestrian life! The appartment is composed of 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a very large living room/kitchen where you can all gathered and have a good time. The lake is located 300m away. Shops, restaurants and bars surround the appartment. The farmer market takes place 3 times a week right where you are :) Located on the 3rd and last floor without an elevator, the apartment is representative of the charm of the old town of Annecy. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining and living area can accommodate up to 9 people. A very large bedroom with its shower room and its 180cm bed will delight lovers and parents. A second bedroom on the same level with its own shower room is available as well. The Upstairs floor is composed of a large tray with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, the sofa bed in the living room has a very good mattress. The entire apartment was renovated in 2021. The little ones are welcome: a cot, a high chair, and books are at your disposal. For your comfort, we provide linens and toilet paper. Your bed is prepared for your arrival. You will find everything you need to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, dishwasher soap if needed... for a smooth arrival. Rue Sainte Claire is the heart of the old town! In the summer, the excitement and liveliness of this wide pedestrian street and its arcades are unique: restaurants, bars, markets, entertainment. The lake is only 300 meters away. Everything is there for a successful stay! In winter, you can enjoy the Christmas market and the restaurants that are specialized in local gastronomy: the fondues and raclettes are yours :) The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the station. If you have a car, we suggest parking in Parking Sainte Claire or Parking de la Poste. Multiple day permits with a discount price are available.
