Double Room(s) available in large house. Lovely suburb, quiet cul-de-sac. Few minutes from train station, 2 km from beach. The house is in a, what would be considered a slightly affluent area. It’s not a buzzing ‘hot spot’ but a home for chilling and feeling safe. To relax and ‘feel at home’. Hot spots are very easily accessible though. :) If on your arrival I am not available, your keys will be placed in a safe location. In addition to your fully furnished room/s you will have your own bathroom, toilet & vanity room. Laundry with automatic washing and clothes drying machines. Unlimited fresh linen, pillows, blankets and towels- bathroom and beach towels. Your section of the house is inclusive and divided by a sliding door for your own privacy & comfort if you choose. I am open to any sociability be it worldly topics such as “life, universe and everything”, or if you prefer to chill- it’s all good. You are my guest and want you to be relaxed, comfortable and happy. I’m very approachable and always open to any suggestions in making your stay more comfortable. My house is situated in a lovely small cul de sac. A friendly micro community, so to speak. Kind friendly neighbours. The neighbourhood is a very peaceful hood and quite elevated - ideal for panoramic viewing and captures refreshing sea breeze in summer. Near beach & public transport From Warwick train stn - 2 minutes drive. From beach - 2 minutes drive. Public buses also available direct. If I am available, I’ll be more than happy to drive or collect you from any metro locations. Please note I have also provided 3 spare bicycles and helmets for you to use unconditionally. Perth is ideal for cycling, great cycle paths plus can be taken on trains no extra cost. Peacefulness is Paramount. Negativity is unwelcome. I don’t have HOUSE RULES.
