Rhoscolyn Yurt. The Golden Yurt

A beautiful Mongolian Yurt set in its own private wooded space. The Bathroom is housed in a wooden cabin just a few feet from the door and is exclusively for use of guests. There is also a dish washing area with hot and cold water. Views take in the breathtaking coastline, with Snowdonia in the distance and farm land in the foreground. The yurt is equipped with a mini hob and oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is a wood burning stove to keep you cosy at any time of year. This yurt is situated on our working farm in the beautiful parish of Rhoscolyn. Our sheep and horses graze our fields joined by our chickens abd Guinea fowl! The yurt sits in its own area with an outside eating space and stunning views Parking is on our private land with just a short walk along the pedestrian access to the yurt. The path and immediate area surrounding the yurt are gravelled giving clean footings whatever the weather. As this is a working farm we are around and about and happy to chat to guests should they wish. We are more then happy to advise on walks, eating out and places of interest to visit . Rhoscolyn is a beautiful rural area surrounded by spectacular coastline on three sides. We have stunning sandy beaches and impressive sea cliffs. Swimming, sailing, climbing or walking the Anglesey coastal path: Its all within a few minutes of the yurt door. We also have the White Eagle Inn just 5 minutes walk up the road if you fancy a relaxing dinner. Rhoscolyn is probably best accessed by private car, although there is a good regular bus service. The trains arrive in Holyhead which is four miles away. Sightseeing around Anglesey is best by car, but there are many cycle routes and as the Island is pretty flat, getting about is not too difficult. We love our animals! Guests are welcome to bring their dog on holiday but it must be kept under control at all times please.
