Wildlife Retreat Mudgeeraba

We are an ADULTS ONLY hosting on a rural 8.5 acre block secluded in the natural bush with the house set back 200 m from the road, an abundance of wildlife & panoramic coastal views of the Gold Coast skyline. This is a unique location just minutes from the M1 Pet friendly (2 small breed dogs max & additional $30 cleaning fee, no cats), air con, large pool, hot tub, NBN, Foxtel, Netflix, a fully self contained guesthouse with kitchenette & seperate bathroom Complete privacy & tranquility awaits The guest suite is fully self contained with everything guests need in the way of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, linen, pillows, blankets, an electric double hot plate, a large fridge as well as a Nespresso coffee maker grinder and coffee beans instant coffee tea green tea sugar salt pepper oil etc. We welcome up to 2 LITTLE dogs (lap dogs only and extra cleaning fee of $30) and we have a lockable courtyard which also has a BBQ and laundry access. Wifi is NBN unlimited broadband We have Foxtel including movies, music and sports channels. We are on tank water only and we will supply guests with boiled and filtered drinking water during their stay. We clean our space from top to bottom with plant based Melaleuca products providing a germ and chemical free environment for every new guest. Our guesthouse is west facing, completely private, has front double glass sliding doors and security screens on both the front and back entrances, a private courtyard with a BBQ, your own private front patio and guests may also use the share pool and laundry anytime. We give our guests complete privacy and we are here if needed - best contact is text message Our neighbourhood is made up of rural properties mainly and the township of Mudgeeraba is beautiful, quaint and has historical significance. There is a dog park with a freshwater creek less than a kilometre from our property with lots of hills for a great workout. Guests will need a car to get here as we are not close to public transport and the best place to park is to the right of the guest house. We do have a carport if weather conditions are severe. Mudgeeraba town centre is only a 5 minute drive, Robina town centre is a 15 min drive, Coolangatta airport can be reached in 25 min and you drive 25 minutes to the nearest beach. We have chickens in a run on our property and we request guests ensure their dogs are not roaming around unattended. We also do not allow dogs in the pool and as we are in the bush it is also important to be aware of ticks and snakes as they are always around and can be fatal. We do not allow smoking indoors but you can smoke anywhere outside.
