The staff can hire these for 100k per day - No Pool, there are some hotels next door that will allow pool usage with a purchase of a drink/ meal. There are swimming beaches within a few minutes walk also - There is no generator back up in the instance of a power failure - There is Air Conditioning in the bedroom sectioned off by curtains, due to the nature of the straw ceiling the room does not get super cold.
