There is an equipped kitchen and a shared barbecue area but if you’d prefer to have meal or catering service, we offer these services as well. Just let us know in advance. The property is located in a protected nature preserve called "Montañas de Prades" or Prades Mountains. Conservation is of great importance. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of fires, since the area is surrounded by forest, smoking, campfires, fireworks, or any items of a fire-hazardous nature are all strictly forbidden at this property. This is a family-friendly complex with 3 units and outdoor areas are shared between the units (bbq area, pool, gardens). We kindly ask you to respect guests on the other units and neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level during the day, avoiding loud music and noise after 10 PM, and behaving in a respectful manner. WiFi (via satellite internet connection*), TV-DVD, mp3 music equipment, bed linens, blankets, towels, a heating system and an indoor fireplace (for cooler months) are provided free to all guests during your stay. Extra beds and cradles are also available at no extra cost by placing an order in advance to reserve. *Note: The satellite internet is not that great; the speed is 15 Mbps. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation A security deposit of 300 EUR is required at check-in in cash or credit card and will be refunded 2 days after check-out by bank transfer, provided all terms are met & no damages have occurred during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc. prior to check-in. You’ll need to pick these items up and bring them in with you. During the summer months (From July 1st to August 31st), the check-in time is at 7 pm, and the check out at 11 am. This is a pet-friendly property! Please notify us in advance however if you are traveling with your pet. Longer-term stays of over 28 days are allowed. HOUSE RULES - Failure to comply any of the rules will incur a penalty of not getting back the security deposit. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of ANY kind is allowed on the premises nor are fireworks, campfires, etc. as this area is surrounded by forest and there’s a high risk of forest fires. Recreational drugs are also strictly prohibited. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. If you plan to have a visitor at the property, you must get authorization first from the local property manager. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are only allowed with prior authorization and extra fees may apply. Interaction with Guests: There will be someone to greet you when you arrive, show you around, and provide your keys. From there you’ll have complete privacy during your stay in your home.
