Valencia - Yerrinbool - Southern Highlands. Freshly renovated free standing cottage surrounded by beautiful grounds of Australian Natives in the front, and National Parks in the back. Our gorgeous cottage has a heated 20 metre lap pool, with built in hot tub overlooking the stunning gumtrees at the back of the property. Freshly renovated country kitchen, large living and dining spaces, central to Mittagong and Bowral, 5 minutes to the train, what more could you ask for your country escape? We would like to acknowledge the Gundungurra people, the Traditional Custodians of this land Valencia resides on. We would also like to pay our respects to the Elders both past and present and future. We would like to extend that respect to other Aboriginal people and local community members. • This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. • Guests are required to shower before using the hot tub. Any oils, sunscreen or other items can build up and destroy the filter. If we need to empty and refill this due to this not being followed, you, the booking holder may be liable. • Kids are to be supervised at ALL TIMES near the pool and Avramides Property Services takes no liabilities for any accidents around the pool • Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. • Information during your stay can be found in the house manual online. • This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. • Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. • Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, drones, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. • Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. • We ask that if the BBQ is used, it has to be wiped down otherwise there may be a surcharge of $50. We have supplied all the items you need to wipe this down in the kitchen! I am available via phone or the mobile app during your stay, I am not available in person. Yerrinbool is a Northern Village of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia and is accessible from the Hume Highway and is about 12 km drive from nearby Mittagong. You have the luxury of being close to the train station, just over an hour from Sydney and 10 minutes to Mittagong, 15 minutes to Bowral. You are surrounded by beautiful native bushlands at the tip of the Southern Highlands! You are able to access the entire home throughout your stay - there are no shared spaces! Valencia Cottage - rustic, charming, relaxing. The cottage was once located up North of Sydney, cut in half (if you look closely around the house you will be able to see where) and driven on the back of a truck to its current location. The previous owners owned a local nursery and planted the beautiful native gardens you see in the photos. The were also into meditation and art, thus, explaining the artist studio. The meditation room has been adapted into a cubby house for the kids to play in! The home has recently had a 20 metre heated lap pool and hot tub installed, a brand new kitchen as well as other additional items added to the home - it's the perfect city escape. The train station is only 5 minutes from the property as well, for those without a car! Yerrinbool is at the top of the Southern Highlands and a stone throw away from everything you could want. - 10 minutes to Mittagong - 15 minutes to Bowral - 20 minutes to Robertson - 40 minutes to Kangaroo Valley
