Here you will find the ideal holiday home, with private pool, beautiful wooded grounds and fantastic views, in Cesseras, in the county of Hérault. Just at the entrance of the small wine village of Cesseras lies, quite far from the road, this spacious and comfortable villa, on a large private and wooded lot. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards, and the pool can be heated on request. The village is located 5 km from Olonzac, close to the Canal du Midi, with its Tuesday morning weekly market, which is one of the most renowned in the region, its public garden and archaeological museum. Next to the villa you will find the tennis court, the key is kept inside the house. The house and pool are surrounded by terraces and mood lighting. The interiors are pleasant and warm the terrace partially covered. At 15mn, you will find beautiful lake of Jouarrès, an unspoilt and peaceful location, with its beach and shady pine forest. Here is canoe/kayak and water park open in July and August from 10am to 8pm, a public fishing area and a hiking trail. Here you will be in the heart of a splendid region, you are spoilt for choice with many places to discover: the Cathar sites, the Corbières, the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrénées, as well as beautiful towns and villages within a 40km radius. You will be able to go on a nautical adventure aboard a canal boat or a small electric boat on the Canal du Midi, treat yourself to canoeing on one of the many rivers nearby. Should you wish to have a more relaxing experience, why not pamper yourself with a massage at the Jardins de Saint Benoît (40 minutes away). This beautiful region can be explored during all seasons, it will captivate you with the diversity of its landscapes and the beautiful colours of the nature surrounding it, but the region is particularly majestic from September to November and April to May.
