A delightful and sparkling clean annex to the former rectory in Bangor-on-Dee. It is entirely independent from the main house with its own entrance and key safe. Set in lovely gardens with your own patio complete with seating. There is access through the garden to a lovely walk beside the river Dee. King size bed with towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast bar with fridge containing continental breakfast. Kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. The Annexe is cosy with underfloor heating where you can snuggle on the sofa. If the weather is good there is a charming patio with Lutyens benches and table. Ideal for a drink outside. I will be available in the main house or by phone if not at home. Bangor on Dee is an historic village with a beautiful church and bridge. There are 2 pubs within a short walk from the Annex. 25 minutes drive from Chester. 5 minutes drive from Wrexham Industrial Estate. 1 hour drive to Liverpool. 1 hour 10 minutes drive to Manchester. Close to the Welsh hills.
