Detached villa with private pool 80 km from Rome

This characteristic stone hamlet, carefully restored, lies 9 Kms from the medieval suburb of Narni and 1 Kms from the little village of Vigne di Narni in a hilla and quiet location. From the villa you have a panoramic sight on the surrounding valley. It allows to quickly reach the principal cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria and Lazio. It has a large garden with 15x5 meter swimming pool (all for private use of the tenant, the location gives a lot of privacy). Pool and villa are surrounded by a well maintained lawn. There are in total 4 bedrooms (9 sleeps). One on the ground floor, the other are all on the first floor of the building.
