Enticing roof top studio in Athens city centre!

We call this apartment EP9T. Apartment EP9T is available to rent for the nights requested. This lovely renovated studio apartment is located on the roof top terrace of our EP9 building. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove top with 2 rings, microwave and fridge). You can enjoy your meals outside in the lovely, green roof top. It has a double queen size bed that can be set up as two singles. It has air condition and free wifi. The apartment is accessed by an external metal staircase (2 flights of stairs). Once you get to the apartment, we will be there to meet you and take you on a short tour of the neighbourhood so you can get your bearings. We also provide our Guests with our own Locals Guide. It describes and shows you how to get to some of our favourite local hidden shops, cafes, museums and galleries. On the guide we have included the Co-ordinates which are displayed on an English worded map that we also provide. The street signs in Athens are all in Greek and English, which means that with the "Locals Guide" and the map you can easily explore all of inner city Athens and find great places that few will. Other things to note • We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am. • For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available). Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival. • Luggage storage facilities available. • This is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke in the balconies and/or terraces. • If you would like to bring a pet with you please ask if we can accommodate your pet.
