Farm conversion with private hot tub, offers luxury self catering holiday accommodation, in a quiet rural setting in the heart of Snowdonia. panoramic views of Snowdonia & the Isle of Anglesey. Ideal for a romantic break in peaceful surroundings, great place for walking, with direct access to footpaths. Lovely mountain walks with private hot tub to finish the day. Natural spring water supply. (UV filtered). . Living / dining area & 1 x double bed downstairs , with wooden stairs to mezzanine . 1 x double bed & 1 x single bed. ( cottage is good for a family of 2 + 1/ 2 children or 2-4 adults . We can not accept 5 adults) oven with 4 gas burner hob, fridge, washing machine iron & ironing board. Guests have a private hot tub on decking with outdoor furniture & barbecue . Walk up the the mountain behind us here for walks to " Aber Falls" , 2 hours each way..or drive closer for a 1/2 hour walk to the falls. The views are spectacular. Hot Tubs are serviced daily. we do not allow friends of guests to use spa facilities if visiting. Hot tubs are for paying / named guests only. No Hen or stag do's. This is a peaceful area . Inside, the furnishings are comfortable and modern and outside, the cottage is peaceful with the odd sheep or bird breaking the silence while you indulge in your very own private hot tub with a view. The location is on the side of the “ Caerneddau” mountain range with breathtaking views of Snowdonia & Anglesey. Direct access to the mountains from your cottage where you could walk over to Aber Falls, or to a lovely hidden lake for a picnic with only wild mountain ponies grazing in this romantic spot. Alternatively use the cottage to explore the magic of North Wales with its beautiful beaches or historical castles & fabulous mountain railways. On our doorstep is the famous “Zip World velocity” the largest in Europe along with many other attractions for families & couples to enjoy. List of best restaurants with sample menus are in the welcome book. A car is advised for getting around..local taxis available reasonably priced. Nearest bus stop is 1 mile. we have 2 cottages ..both have their own private hot tub. We Have our own spring water . Smoking is allowed outside in the garden. Parking is off road. common sense approach to use of hot tubs & noise limit is expected.
