Your secondary home in Manila features all the facilities you can expect from a fully furnished unit. We also added a few items of our own - tv that can cast your phone, wi-fi, landline, heated shower, hot water pot, rice cooker and toaster. All for your comfort. Outside of the unit, you'll have your own balcony with an uncluttered view of the northern part of Luzon island. The complex also features a basketball court, a badminton court, several swimming pools, a gym (Kindly coordinate if you'll use the facility so we can secure the needed form (swimming is at Php150/pax/day on weekdays via Admin office of tower3). There's a walkway from Grass to one of the nation's biggest malls (SM North). The location also enables access to two train systems, a complexity of commuter routes and one of the region's busiest highways, enabling you or your guests to reach each other easily. We usually meet our guest to hand over the key & walk them through our unit during Check in:) We also make sure to prepare a nice surprise for guests staying for 2 weeks and beyond. ;) Due to the current pandemic, building safety measures such as ID, face masks, and conformity to Admin and Airbnb safety protocols will be observed The neighborhood is a melting pot of urban Quezon City and stylish resort living. The nearby mall has got it all for you, too. Discover Manila and the nearby provinces! You can basically go anywhere, and ride anything when this place is your starting point. This is because it's beside what is considered Metro Manila's main vein - a pretty famous road called EDSA. We'll be happy to guide you! This is a unit where we want to make you feel closer to home.
