Things such as severely marked and dirty walls, stains, spillages, severely dirty oven/microwave/fridge. • All rubbish must be placed in outside bins as supplied prior to vacating • Keep noise down after 10.00pm and be respectful of our neighbours • Keep the key, access fob or remote with you all the time • LOST/Emergency Key Delivery will be charged for AUD180 per set of keys + replacement cost • Charges are according to the number of beds booked for. If other beds have been used without prior arrangement the extra person charge will be applied • Please do not use towels or washers to remove make-up. • Please do not take any of the decorations or ornaments from the home otherwise you will be charged accordingly. • Any damage or breakages must be reported to the owner before departure otherwise you will be charged accordingly. • We are mindful of neighbouring properties and although you have complete access to this property and it is private please keep noise to a minimum in particular after 10pm and before 7am. We like to keep our neighbours as friends and supportive. • Please respect water and electricity and try not to waste. Switch off the lights if not using and never leave the air-conditioning on when you leave the premises. • Strictly no illegal activities are permitted on the premises. • If the house is left in a state that requires more than the standard clean an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the condition. Things such as severely marked and dirty walls/couches, stains, spillages, severely dirty oven/microwave/fridge. • Please note: this property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accident, injuries or illness that occurs whilst on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises. All of the home is yours. The garage at the front of the house is kept locked. There is no issue with parking in the street. You are welcome to park in the driveway. It is however on a slope. You have the entire property to yourselves and complete privacy. We will provide you with my mobile number for you to call anytime. We live 15 minutes away if necessary. We take a lot of pride in our home and aim to make sure everything is working and presentation is of the highest standard. Sorren House is only a minute or so from the well known Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre, with it's plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants, movies and entertainment. You will find every type of restaurant and cafe there along with Coles, Woolworth's and Aldi. There is plenty of parking or if you would like to walk there is a really fantastic walk at the bottom of the street that will take you all the way there. Very suitable for dog walking, the path winds around creeks, parks, trees and beautiful houses. It will take you about 20 minutes. At the end of the road, only a minutes walk there is a fantastic bakery, highly recommend their sandwiches and pies, a bottle shop, News-agency and a few restaurants including a KFC. We are approximately 12/15 minutes to the city, also to the Domestic and International Airport, to Bulimba precinct with all it has to offer in restaurants, river walks and cafes and of coarse Manly with all its attractions. We are situated 1 minute off the M1 Freeway so if you are wanting to go to the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast very easy access or wanting to stay over in Brisbane in-between travelling to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. Very close proximity to the parks, walking tracks and bike-ways of the Carindale Recreation Reserve and Minnippi Parklands. We are very near the Sleemans Sports Centre and Belmont Riffle Range. Close proximity to Carindale Bus Station, M1 Freeway, fantastic walking tracks and bikeways. Just off Old Cleveland Road in a quiet little cul-de-sac. We will leave you to have complete privacy. We are only a phone call away if you need anything. There maybe additional charges for special functions, photography, pets if allowed and staying less than 3 nights.
