House with large garden and very panoramic terrace

The house is situated in our own countryside with olive trees and we produce very good olive oil. It is in an ideal and very quiet (but not isolated) environment. The highlights are the great terrace (35 m2) and the garden reserved for our guests with a very impressive and wide view . By the way, in very clear days we can see in the distance from the great terrace of the house the Dome and Giotto’s bell tower! From there you can reach by car Pistoia, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Vinci all within an hour and visit easily all the region. The location is perfect both for people who want to relax in the typical Tuscan countryside and for those who are fond of trekking and biking. Nearby you can find swimming pools, tennis courts and golf clubs. At your disposal are the big dining room with the fireplace and the little kitchen recently renewed with dishwasher . The house is fully equipped since we use it during the year. There are two bedrooms: the one on the first floor with a double sofa bed and bathroom and the second one on the second floor with a small bathroom and the access to the big panoramic terrace. This separate distribution allows to have complete privacy in case of two couples of friends. You can park within the property. We live now and then in the flat on the ground floor. We’re very pleased to give our guests any information to make more pleasant their holiday and for those interested we’d be glad to speak Italian and why not, to cook some typical Italian dish!
