Just park the car up and relax. Equipped for 6 people this unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, reverse-cycle airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, and enough parking for 3 cars and/or small trailer boat. Please note a damage deposit of $300 is due when booking and a photo ID Both must be received prior to receiving arrival details Equipped for 6 people this unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, Free Wifi, Netlix and enough parking for 3 cars and/or small trailer boat Please note as of 7/12/2020 AIRBNB are now charging host the booking fee of 18.5% instead of the guest. This fee has been added to booking cost as a management fee. AIRBNB deduct 18.5% from nightly rate, cleaning fee and again from our management fee. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO LEAVERS One night stays only accepted for last minute bookings. Min Stay: 2 nights Min 3 nights for long weekends and school holidays. Min 4 night stay at Easter. Iron Man 5 night min stay Christmas/ New year 6 night min stay. No check ins/outs on Christmas or New years day. AFTER 3:00pm check-ins during Public Holidays, School Holidays, Shoulder & Peak Season, Spring, Summer and Back to Back bookings.
