Free visitor parking and street parking You'll have access to the entire place with comfortably sleeps 11 guests. ( except the small walking closet. We have to use it as a storage room. Hope you don't mind. ) Enjoy our place, make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. During your stay, we can be contacted by email or phone. Anything urgent, please don’t hesitate to call us. When We are busy, we can’t check our messages all the time. Please note: remember to bring your keys when you go out. (If you lose your keys or lock yourself out, you will need to pay a $ 35 key delivery fee during the day to open the door for you. You'll be minutes from supermarkets restaurants, cafes and fast food chains. There is a double lock up garage and plenty of street parking space. If you don't want to drive, you can take bus or Gold Coast Light Rail (G:link) in Queen Street . All in walking distance (around 750 meters). ** Parking: 2 parking spaces in the garage . There are plenty of free street parking spaces. ** We will provide one set of clean linens and bath towels ( Beach towels are not included). There are a washing machine and a dryer in the property. ** We will supply a "startup arrival pack" which includes some basic start up items (toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and laundry powder.) ** Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/oven/microwave/dishwasher/electric kettle/toaster and basic cooking kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, bowls, knifes, forks and spoons). The previous guests might leave some cooking ingredients in the property ( salt, cooking oil....). However, we strongly suggest our guests to get their cooking ingredients for their own safety.
