La Petite Longere is a beautiful stone farmhouse that has been renovated to a modern standard. The partially sunken heated above ground pool is private to guests. Greg and Mandy are on site for your convenience whilst leaving you to the privacy of the gite. Located in a tranquil rural location but only 5 minutes from the town of Pons with cafes and supermarkets. The Atlantic beaches are 30 minutes away with the towns of La Rochelle and bordeaux 1 hour, Saintes 30 minutes and Cognac 20 minutes. A 2 bedroom gite renovated to a modern standard with a private pool. There is a large open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms consist of a double with private terrace and a twin room. The bathroom has a large shower, his and her basins and a bath. You will also enjoy a large private garden and beautiful outdoor lounge/bar opposite the pool. We live in an attached property so on hand when needed. Our most common comment is that we are available when needed but always respect the privacy of our guests. We are located in a very peaceful hamlet but with the town of Pons only 5 minutes by car. In Pons you will find the famous Donjon with beautiful formal gardens. Here you will also find restaurants overlooking the beautiful cobbled square. This is a rural location so you will require a car. Walking and cycling is a treat in the area.
