Spacious third floor 'Home from Home' one bed apartment with lift access. Situated right in the heart of the City's historic Lace Market, with it's trendy Bars, Restaurants, Cafes & Shops. The apartment is on the doorstep of the Motorpoint Arena and is within walking distance of other major tourist attractions. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the train station and for those requiring car parking, see further information below. The apartment is in a quiet area of the Lace Market and part of a residential block. It can sleep up to 2 people, however extra guests may be accepted at hosts discretion. We aim to provide a level of service and amenities that will make your stay as perfect as possible. This includes superfast broadband, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dual access bathroom and a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Tea, coffee, sugar and basic cooking items will be provided and the added bonus of a coffee machine is provided for your comfort. This property is ideal for both City Breaks and Business travel. We share a secure car parking space with our other lace market apartment that is rented out at £5 per night. Please advise if this is something you may be interested in. The apartment sleeps comfortably 2 people but we may allow an extra guest but this will be on the hosts discretion. The hosts will aim to meet and greet all guests in person, wherever possible. We will be on hand for you to contact, should you need any help, assistance, or advice during your stay. The Lacemarket area is one of the nicest areas in the city centre and is surrounded by many old buildings and pretty streets. The apartment itself it situated in a converted Victorian Lace Mill, and is located in the same building as the famous Annie's Burger Shack Restaurant and a stones throw away from the Motorpoint Arena. Just a short walk from the apartments brings you to many bars, restaurants and cafes, Nottingham Castle, museums, art galleries and key attractions that Nottingham has to offer. Just a little further afield are Nottingham's theatres, shopping centres and the Trent Bridge and City Ground Stadiums. Bus, train and tram services are located very close to the apartment and taxis are available 24/7. East Midlands airport is just 13 miles away and is easily accessible by car, bus and train. As the apartment is centrally located, there is no parking directly outside of the property. However, if you are planning on bringing a car, then we do rent a secure car park just a few minute walk from the apartment at a extra cost.
