Living room has queen Murphy bed plus large sofa. Glass-railed deck off of living room with beautiful views of bay and lake. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and counter seating for four. Bathroom has bathtub/shower setup. Lake views. Private yard. Private back yard has gas grill, picnic table and small fire pit for renters use. Foosball table, board games in unit. Plenty of parking. Internet TV in both rooms. Wifi access. Laundry available. Small pet okay. Please be aware there is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, no elevator.
