Welcome ! We are a married couple,and hosts of apartment in a suburb of Alanya - Mahmutlar. This is a wonderful place contains many advantages and amenity . We love living here and would be happy to share this! Apartment with total area of 110 sq. meters located on the top floor of a 5-storey building. Living room with american kitchen, two bedrooms with three beds, the living room has a sofa bed for two, two bathrooms with shower, two balconies with furniture and views of pool and sea. In the apartment has everything for your rest. TV with international channels, Wifi-130.0 Mbit/s. Pool ~ 10 m long, a children's pool, convenient and quick access to the sea. Above the apartment on the roof has a terrace with a blooming garden. where you can take sun baths, do some morning exercises or barbecue. Alanya is the sunniest and warmest place on the coast of Antalya , there is almost no rain and of clouds . Our complex is located 10 km from the center of Alanya on the main street ( Barbaros cad.)What is very convenient as shops , markets ( with an freshest fruits and vegetables on Tuesdays and Saturdays ) , a hospital for foreigners , pharmacies, parks and restaurants are very close . In summer the sea is warm and calm, the beach is wide and spacious . Beach is covered with very small stones and sand. Sea nearly 50 meters , across the road also had an underground tunnel and swimming place . Nearby no hotels , that provides silence and quiet. A public transport stop is located directly near home or against any point of the waterfront , you can go to Alanya ( 15 minutes ) . You can also rent a car or a moped or bicycle.
