La Rondine al Nido, appartamento in centro storico

The entrance to the house is located directly in the square. At the entrance there is a small terrace where there is a staircase leading to the second floor and the entrance on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with sofa bed and fireplace, the kitchen is well furnished and equipped with a dining table. From the kitchen you have access to a covered terrace where there is a beautiful wooden bench which can be used as a table. Under the terrace there is a small garden for guests. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The shower is located on a balcony with a wonderful view of the green hilly landscape. The bathroom and shower were renovated in 2013. On each floor there is a small living room: on the ground floor there is a sofa bed, on the second floor, where you can add a single bed on request, there is also a balcony.
