Tuscany, Special apartment for a couple's vacation

Dear guests: We offer you a private apartment with a private entrance and private bathroom, the apartment looks small but it is very well designed, it's special and amazing, suitable for vacations for couples, and for those who choose to rest close to nature that surrounds the apartment, you can go hiking and also drive by car to reach the charming beaches of Italy. There is 24/7 hot water. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. There is a small fridge. Towels, bed linen and blankets (summer and winter). Looking for romantic area ? Here we are ! First location location (Website hidden by Airbnb) we are far as 1 hour to Pisa Airport, to Parma 64 Km, Genova GOA: 85 Km, Bologna BLQ: 114Km, and 1 hour drive to Port-Venere or Lerici beach and many more nice places. We are located in the very north part of Tuscany in the amazing ancient village named: Mulazzo, we offer a room for couple with large balcony and new kitchen & private bathroom. Bar and drink 1 min walk as well as Hotel restaurant within 5 minute walk etc. Our Kitchen is equipped with basic coffee and tea - the fridge is not in power now, once people get in, they should just turn it on. Need a car to get to Mulazzo or Taxi from Pontremoli (public transportation is hard to get there) Parking is 2 minutes from the house. If you have a map (I am sure you have) you find the village and get to the BIG PARKING LOT where you see the famous Mulazzo Pizzeria. Ask people how to get to the Top of the village, to the church. If you are next to the Pizzeria you can see it by yourself from the big parking lot. When you face the church turned 180 degrees and you will see a small square, named "Dante" and on the right of the building has a pedestrian walkway that leads directly to our house, you just need to stick to the path and go to the end of it and you will see going to house No 8. Look at the pictures on the web site. Your apartment is below the upper flat and go to the right side of the house number 8 on the red rock stairs. When turn right'll see the entrance to the said rented house. The rest of the info will be given to you a few days prior to the trip.
