Modern cosy room w/personal bathroom

We offer a modern single room with a new bathroom with a shower. Downtown is very near and 10 min. to the Chiemsee /w. bike. Also a 32 Zoll FullHD (inkl. Amazon Prime) TV, WLAN (32 GB), a little fridge, a toaster, coffee machine and a kettle to cook tea. Tea and Coffee are viable and for free. A parking place is in front of the house. A bakery/deli you can reach with a bike in 10 min, a bavarian butcher is across the street. The room has 12 qm, the bathroom 4 qm. You reach the room fron the stairwell, which we (and our children) use as well. The bed (Hemnes/Ikea) can be extended from a single bed into a double bed (160 x 200 cm). For little children or babies we can provide an extra bed. The room is at the ground floor, nearby the entrance of the house. The bathroom is connected with the room. We live an work in the same house with our two children (12+15). So we are around or you can ask us via Whats App/SMS. We help you with any question you have und try to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Around the house are fields, the city center is 10 min away. Per bike you reach the Chiemsee in 10 min. It is a good place to start activities around the Chiemsee area and have the comfort of a little, but cosmopolitan city. With the train to Munich: 60 min. To Rosenheim: 15 min To Salzburg: 45 min Nearby is a street, so it is not absolute quiet place. But in the room it is very quiet.
