Enjoy the spectacular view, while eating out in the garden or your favorite Netflix Tv Series on a 4k Lg Oled Tv for a cosy night in. PATIO/GARDEN Outside the apartment main entrance you can enjoy the patio covered with an elegant canopy: light up the BBQ, and enjoy eating out with your family and friends. A wooden garden table and chairs are provided. In the warm summer nights, it’s priceless to have a drink in front of the stunning view, enjoying the cool breeze coming down from the mountain behind the house. OPEN SPACE When you walk in the apartment, the first thing you have access to is the open space, which includes the kitchen and the living room. The three wide windows facing south, provide a lot of light to the entire space. The 4k Tv can be watched comfortably not only from the L-shape sofa (which turns into a double bed), but also while dining at the kitchen’s table. A playground carpet with numerous toys can be set on request along the wall near the kitchen area (if you have children). The book shelves are filled up with interesting and rare books, in English as well. Feel free to pick up and read which ones you like. LAUNDRY In the laundry you can find a brand new washer and all the products you need for cleaning. BEDROOM In the romantic bedroom you find a double bed (…x…) and a single bed (…x…). The wall closet offer plenty of space for all your clothes. Please make yourself feel at home. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are living in the same building but in a different unit, your apartment is completely independent. The house is situated two kilometers above the village of Bolognano, well off the road and so is very quiet. A co-op supermarket, bank, paper shop, and church are to be found in the village while Arco offers a great selection in mountaineering gear. This zone is ideal for cyclists (motorized or not), for walkers and hikers. But those who prefer an easier time Lake Garda is only a short drive away with its numerous beaches and other activities, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing etc, not to mention my favorite pass time, swimming in the crystal clear water or just lying in the sun! Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do out best to take action ASAP. We are living on-site 24/7. Pets are welcome, but there is a charge of 10€ per dog per stay.
