This spectacular, canal side apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. Our apartment comprises a bright and spacious living room which is amazing for comfort and entertainment as there is a TV with Netflix and Apps and the sofas are very comfy, a dining area which is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal, and a fully-equipped kitchen which allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. There are 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom, as well as a private balcony with a view which overlooks the Regents Canal and verdant green space, making a uniquely tranquil base within the heart of London. The first bedroom comes with a comfortable king-size bed. Our second bedroom features a double bed with a mezzanine design. There is one bathroom in the house in total, with a toilet and a shower, and a bathtub. You will have the whole property for yourselves during your stay. Also fewer than 10 minutes from incredibly trendy Shoreditch, Hoxton and Hackney A little further afield (<20 minutes), you can reach Central London or Stratford for Westfield Shopping Centre. On the Northern Bank of the River Thames in the Eastern Borough of Tower Hamlets, Limehouse is a former docking area now an exclusive and atmospheric part of London combining vintage old-school charm with a trendy professional crowd. Limehouse is known for its picturesque views of the Thames and a walk around the Limehouse Basin is one of the most distinguished in the capital. For those more interested in shopping, although Limehouse is not known for its abundance of shops, the short journey to Canary Wharf should provide all the necessary retail therapy. Neighbouring Wapping is famous for its cobbled streets and range of classic pubs but Limehouse has forged a reputation as a credible alternative. Narrow Street is a famous old fashioned road; the location of Gordon Ramsay’s imaginatively named gastropub ‘The Narrow’. Walking distance to 2 tube stations and an abundance of bus networks. Only 20 minutes to central London or 1 stop away from Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre. For some hidden gems and a tranquil experience, try walking, jogging or cycling (Bikes can be hired directly outside the flat) on London’s picturesque canal system located directly below the flat, which runs from Limehouse all the way to Paddington. Mile End tube station is in Zone 2 and is served by the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines. It’s quick and easy to get into central London, with the Central line taking you to Liverpool Street in just five minutes, Holborn in 13 minutes and Oxford Circus in 15 minutes. The area is also well served by buses and a short walk from Bow Church DLR station, and Cycle Superhighway 2 will take you into the City in around 15-20 minutes by bike.
