- Very clean and comfortable flat of 80m². - I live in suburb but the train station is just one street across (15 minutes from my place to the center of Paris!) - I provide keys and bath towels - Fast Internet and Wi-Fi(Fiber) I'm a clean and organized person, so the same is my flat! There is a punching bag and an indoor bike if you need to work out All shops less than 5 minutes away: supermarket, market (Wednesday and Saturday morning only) but also doctors, pharmacy and even laboratory! I'm an experienced couchsurfer and I already hosted hundred of people! I like to share time with my guests but you're not forced to interact with me if you don't want to, my flat is big enough. I like playing board games, singing and sharing stories with my guests. - My neighbours: mostly old people. It's calm. People usually sleep well here. - My area: honestly, the only weak point of my place. It's suburb and it's grey. Not a place interesting to visit. Come to see Paris, not my place! - 2 Supermarkets at 2 minutes from my place Very convenient. - From/to CDG Airport: It's direct (20-25 minutes) - From/to Paris: Direct too. 15 minutes from my flat to the center of Paris. The train station to Paris is almost at the foot of my building! - From/to Orly Airport: One change (one hour approx) No smoking inside the flat (but ok on the balcony)
