The style and decor of the home is cozy, clean and comfortable. Large covered outdoor patio with table and chairs and gas grill. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, there is no use of the garage for guests. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. >The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with nice linens, walk-in closet, desk and chair as well as a private ensuite. >The second bedroom has a queen bed with desk nook. >The last bedroom has a full/double sized bed as well as a twin. There is a second full bathroom upstairs and a powder room downstairs. No need to pack Shampoo/conditioner and body wash because they are all provided! This home is located in a suburb of Tacoma and you will find easy to access I-5. Seattle is about 35-40 minutes away depending on traffic. We are not far from the Western Washington fairgrounds, Tacoma Dome, and Tacoma waterfront. SeaTac international airport is about 20 miles away. This home is suitable for a group of responsible adults, small families, or couples. Though we do provide a pack and play and high chair please keep in mind that the house is not really set up for little toddlers. There is a flight of stairs. All guests agree to sign a vacation rental agreement. We have poured ourselves into preparing this house for guests and ask that you take care and consideration while enjoying it.
