Lose yourself relaxing by the pool and listening to the vast array of tropical birdlife or stroll down the road and take a leisurely walk on famous 4 mile beach. - An easy 5 minute stroll to the golden sands of Four Mile beach or swim in your own fully fenced crystal clear pool. - Soak up the sun’s rays by the pool or just relax with a book in the large courtyard. - When the children need a break from the many activities on offer there are 2 televisions to choose from including the latest Smart TV with complimentary Wi-Fi. - Your villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort on those warm tropical days and fully screened if you wish to throw the doors open to enjoy the tropical breeze. - For those that love their golf, simply walk across the road to Palmers Golf resort where you can also have an enjoyable breakfast or lunch. - In the evening, decide whether to take a short walk to one of the nearby restaurants, hop on the shuttle into town or maybe have a BBQ at the poolside Alfresco dining area. A large BBQ, and outdoor dining setting will ensure this dinner choice becomes a holiday favourite. - The local supermarket and liquor shop with everything you require is a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk or we can arrange a personal grocery shop to stock the kitchen prior to your arrival. All linen, bath towels & beach towels are provided. Stays over 10 nights receive a mid-stay linen change. Hotel style starter pack consisting of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper in each bathroom. Laundry and kitchen are provided with tea towels, sponge and starter pack for dishes and washing machine .
