Your room is light and spacious with views over the Derwent river and forested foothills. You have your own ensuite overlooking a private balcony where you can enjoy a local wine or a quiet cuppa. The living and dining room is also available for general use and there is lots of surrounding nature if you need some quiet time. The room is lined with acoustic insulation with double glazed windows making it very quiet. This also ensures the house is warm in winter and cool in summer, just the way it should be.
