Summary: This brand new, nearly 3 bed/2.5 bath home with an enclosed, pet-friendly backyard and a secure, detached, over-sized 2-car garage. The Space: The downstairs features a large interconnected living space with a living room, kitchen, dining room and family room all together. Plenty of room to spread out and rest or gather and watch TV. Kitchen in fully appointed with all that you would need (oven, stove, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for your family. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen bed with an attached bath with a double sink vanity, large walk-in closet and another television. There are also two other bedrooms (one with a queen and one with 2 twins) along with another full bath with a tub/shower combo. The backyard is set up for outdoor fun with a grill and seating to lounge. There is a detached 2-car garage that also has a washer dryer for your use. Guest Access: The entire home is yours including the exclusive use of the outdoor patio adjoining the home and the detached garage. The Neighborhood: Imperial Beach is one of San Diego's beach gems. It is the perfect spot to soak in the day from your patio or take off to explore southern California. The home is only one block to a community park and under one mile from the beach. You have easy access to Coronado Island as well as downtown San Diego or take a quick trip across the border to Tijuana. Getting Around: Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the 2-car garage guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. Other Things to Note: Per the Municipal Code of the City of Imperial Beach we must host guests for a minimum of 30 nights. If you have any questions about this requirement, please send us a message. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
