A spacious 1 bed cottage in the heart of the Norfolk village of Snettisham. The Rose and Crown pub which serves delicious home cooked food and fine ales is close by. The cottage has a more than generous downstairs area for a couple...you would be able to have friends round comfortably. The lounge has 2 lovely sofas, a log burner and a smart tv. The dining area seats 4 and has a room divider to keep it separate from the kitchen area and gives it that intimate feel. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare and enjoy food at home and has a retro style fridge freezer, a microwave and a toaster. A stable door leads to the enclosed rear patio style garden where there is a private decked area to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Upstairs there is a charming cottage bedrrom with original fireplace, king sized bed with a comfy mattress and eygptian cotton bedding. Luxury bath sheets and bath towels are also provided. There is a chest of drawers int the bedroom, hairdryer and a selection of books. On the landing there is a wardrobe cupboard with hanging space and shelves. You will also find an iron and compact ironing board in here should you need it. The new bathroom suite comprises of a large shower with excellent water pressure, sink and loo and looks out over gardens and has views to the church. Street parking with a space generally available outside of the cottage. There are buses that run to Kings Lynn and Hunstanton regualrly. Lots of lovely local walks too.
