My apartment is in the centre of Newbury, just off the Market Place. There is parking nearby and guests can benefit from free parking in selected car parks between 1800hrs and 0800hrs. The apartment is fully double glazed and insulated from noise making it very peaceful and relaxing for a town center location. It is ideal for business travelers and for leisure guests. I can be flexible of checkin arrangements. It is in a no smoking building and I cannot accept pets. This is a modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen/dinning room and spacious lounge area. There are 2 leather sofas, wide screen TV, Playstation 3, micro speaker system, WiFi. It has 2 double bedrooms with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a standard double in the other. I will meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and give a brief overview of the apartment. There is a huge selection of bars and restaurants in the centre of the town and the apartment is just around the corner from the Corn Exchange, which host a number of cultural arts and live events. Newbury Racecourse is close by. Newbury railway station is less than a quarter of a mile away with frequent connections to London, Reading and the West Country. The bus station is also close offering local public transport and National Express connections. There is a local park nearby where the Kennet and Avon Canal passes through the town. The canal towpath offers the opportunity for some wonderful walks into the nearby countryside.
