Trees Dale Lodge is ideally suited for up to 4 people enjoying a short break in Cornwall. A stones throw from St Erth train station, excursions to all of Cornwall's beauty spots could not be any easier. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, the other has bunk beds and a fitted wardrobe for sharing. The apartment has recently been thoroughly renovated and offers all mod cons including gas central heating throughout. The living space is open plan, the kitchen offers all amenities including a gas cooker and a breakfast bar with seating. The lounge area includes a sofa, bean bags and a 32" TV which is installed with free view. The bathroom has a toilet, hand basin, shower and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi is also available to our guests. Private access and guest parking. Guests can arrive at any time after 2pm as key to apartment will be in the keysafe. Guests are left to enjoy their time however, we are close by if required. We have no immediate neighbours as the house and Annex stand alone. There is parking available. In a great location our apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk away from St Erth train station. The train service offers short journeys to both St Ives and Penzance. The branch line to St Ives is especially enchanting offering stunning views over some of Cornwall's best beaches.
