The Cottage sits on the side of Garth mountain, just on the outskirts of Cardiff and enjoys wonderful views of the valley below and stretching all the way into Cardiff. We offer a well appointed fully equipped three bedroom cottage apartment. We have off road parking for one car, free Wifi and Sky Q. The property has a secure enclosed garden and multiple balconies. We are also a very short walk away from The Gwaelod y Garth Inn The main entrance of the property leads into a fully fitted equipped large family kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is an open plan living room and dining area, which leads onto a large external balcony via patio doors. To the right of the kitchen is a hallway leading on to the bedrooms and bathroom. Master bedroom is on the left and enjoys views of the Taff Valley and Graig yr Allt mountain. Opposite the master bedroom is the family bathroom which also houses a washing machine and air dryer. The hallway then leads to second and third bedrooms which are set up in a cottage 'Jack & Jill' style. The first bedroom is a twin room with a balcony and seating area accessed via patio doors. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and enjoys fantastic views of Cardiff. Please note that cottage is a two storey building, however this listing only covers the top floor and not the entire building. We do have downstairs neighbours to consider and we ask all of our guests to be mindful of this. Both the upstairs and downstairs have access to their own enclosed gardens and access is totally separate. The separate garden is accessed by a decked staircase. We do not allow dogs in our property as a rule, we would ask that you discuss this with us prior to booking if you do wish to bring a dog. There is off-road parking available for one car. There is a local bus service. We are 1 mile away from Taff's Well train station which runs regular train to and from Cardiff City Centre. Perfectly located for match days or shopping trips.
