Spacious bright room, near Nottingham City Centre

A large bright room in Sneinton, located on the edge of Nottingham City Centre. Well connected to many popular areas of Nottingham. Bright and comfortable room with double bed. A very comfortable room in a stylishly decorated Victorian mid terrace property. Its a bright and airy with two windows (fitted with thick black out curtains for night time). Its a spacious room on the first floor with an in built wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk. The room has its own TV with freeview channels, DAB Radio with Bluetooth connectivity and access to WiFi. We provide a fresh set of towels. The bathroom is newly renovated with cork floor, tall radiator and an over bath shower. The bathroom is on the first floor (same level as the bedroom), a short walk along the hall way. This is the only bathroom in the property, so shared with my husband and I, it will be cleaned regularly. We don't provide catering facilities in the room, as we invite you to use the kitchen space and equipment. There is a private decked garden to the back of the property with seating and eating area, it gets lovely sunshine in the morning. There is free on street parking on the streets surrounding the house. Your bedroom is yours for the duration of your stay. We will respect this privacy. The bathroom, dining room, kitchen and outdoor spaces are shared with my husband and myself. The living room and other bedrooms are private and not available for your use during your stay. We'd appreciate it if you respect this. We want you to feel at ease during your stay, we will happily interact with you should we see each other around the house. And always willing to help if you need anything from us. Outside of this we will leave you to your own devices, to enjoy your time away from home. Sneinton is a multi cultural suburb of Nottingham, thats sits to the South East of the city. It has a main high street with many amenities, some highlights - PAK foods, Georgios fish & chips, Scoops ice cream & a Co-op. Our street runs parallel to the high street. Greens windmill is nearby and is the last remaining example of a working inner city flour mill. Well worth a visit for some great views of the city, and for some freshly ground organic flour. Colwick woods and Colwick park are a short walk away. Lord Nelson Pub 50m away Sneinton Market Avenues sits right on the edge of the city, it is home to a variety of independent creative businesses and Blend Coffee shop, it hosts Sneinton Street Food Club every Friday & Saturday night. Around the corner Sneinton Market happens every Saturday morning, with a huge collection of edible goodies, Sneinton Vegan market happens here on the first Saturday of every month. There are loads of great pubs in Nottingham, too many to list, but feel free to ask us, we'll happily point you in the right direction. There is free on street parking on the roads surrounding our house. No. 43 bus (every 20 mins) takes you to Nottingham City Centre from Sneinton Dale. No. 44 bus (every 10 mins Mon - Sat) takes you to Nottingham City Centre from Colwick Road.
