New build Holiday Home with Pool and Sea View

Unser neu erbautes Ferienhaus "Casa in mezzo ai FichiD'India" liegt am Rande eines kleinen Tales, 3km vom Meer und dem Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf's Meer und die Küste Richtung Cefalù. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". Our new build house lies 3km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola. The beautiful view overlooks the coastline to Cefalù. Behind the house are the mountains of a natural reserve. Unser Haus bietet 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Panoramafenster und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster...) mit Essbereich. Rund ums Haus befinden sich mehrere Terrassen, der private Infinitypool und ein kleines restauriertes Nebengebäude, welches unter anderem als überdachter Essbereich genutzt werden kann. Ihr privater Garten ist Teil unseres etwa 2ha grossen Geländes. Parkmöglichkeiten für mindestens 2 Pkw sind im abgeschlossenen Teil des privaten Gartens vorhanden. Der in die Landschaft integrierte Pool ist ca. 9m lang, bis zu 3m breit und misst an der tiefsten Stelle 1,50m (plus flacher Strandbereich). Normalerweise ist er von April bis Oktober gefüllt. Eltern mit kleinen Kindern sollten die erhöhte Lage und die damit verbundenen Gefahren des Poolbereichs berücksichtigen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Rauchen nur im Aussenbereich erlaubt ist. Der Konsum der Klimaanlage wird getrennt abgerechnet (0,40Euro/Kw/h). Das Haus wurde so gebaut, dass tagsüber eine angenehme Brise vom Meer und abends/nachts ein frisches Lüftchen von den Bergen zu spüren ist. Für Babys und Kleinkinder stehen ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl bereit. Auch Spielzeug, Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden. Schauen Sie sich auch unsere zwei anderen Häuser auf airbnb an! Our house offers 2 bedrooms with double beds , 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living area with panorama window and a fully - equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster...) with dining table. Around the house in your private part of the garden (which takes part of our 2ha of land) you will find a few terraces, the private infinity pool and a covered outdoor living zone. There is a parking space in front of the house for at least 2 cars. The well in the landscape integrated pool is about 9m long, up to 3m wide and on the deepest side 1,50m deep. There is also a shallow beach area. Please take care of smaller children because the pool area is in a high position. Please notice that you can smoke only outside the house. Air conditioning is paid apart according to the amount consumed (0,40Euro per Kw/h). The orientation of the house is done very well, you will feel comfortable because during the day the fresh breeze will come from the sea and in the night the pleasant air will come from the mountains behind. D.h. wir empfangen Sie persönlich und sind auch sonst immer ansprechbar. In unserem Garten wächst so ziemlich alles an Obst und Gemüse, wir geben gerne davon ab. Wer will kann uns bei der Oliven- oder Zitronenernte helfen und unsere zwei Esel Maya und Inka streicheln. Mit uns leben auch die Hunde Peanuts und Nuvola, diverse Katzen, sowie zwei fleissige Bienenvölker. Bitte teilen Sie uns rechtzeitig ihre ungefähre Ankuftszeit mit. Ihre Ankunft ist normalerweise ab 16Uhr, die Abfahrt bis 10Uhr möglich. We live inside the same property and we are always ready to help or give suggestions. If you want you can discover our big garden with all kinds of fruit trees and vegetables, you can help us to pick Olives (October) and feed our donkeys Maya and Inka. With us are living also the dogs Peanuts and Nuvola, a few cats and 2 swarms of very busy honey bees. Please let us know your arrival time. Check-in is normally after 4 pm, check-out before 10am. Das Fischerdorf San Nicola in 3km Entfernung bietet eigentlich alles, was man braucht. 2 kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker, Obst- und Fischverkäufer, eine Apotheke, mehrere Restaurants, Bahnhof, Post, Hafen und ein Castello. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele Strände, teils mit Sand, Steinen oder Fels. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. In the nearby village of San Nicola you will find everything you need. 2 small supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, a post office, a few restaurants, fresh fish and vegetables, a railway station, an harbor and an old castel. There are beaches with sand, stones and rocks in reach. A rental car is recommendable . Unser Ferienhaus liegt sehr günstig um fast ganz Sizilien erkunden zu können. Palermo und Cefalù sind mit dem Zug gut erreichbar. Auch das Tal der Tempel in Agrigent, der Vulkan Ätna, der Naturpark Zingaro, etc. sind bei einem Tagesausflug gut zu erkunden. Gleich um die Ecke liegen interessante Ausgrabungsstätten, schöne Berg- und malerische Fischerdörfer oder es locken Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge und Wälder. Ich gebe gerne Tipps! Der Flughafen von Palermo liegt ca. 60km entfernt. Aber auch die Flughäfen von Catania oder Trapani sind in 1,5 bis 2 Stunden zu erreichen. Our holiday home is well situated for visiting nearly the whole of Sicily. You can reach Palermo and Cefalù by train, but also the volcano Etna, the Valley of Temples of Agrigento and the Natural Reserve "Zingaro" are not to far away for a day visit. Around San Nicola you can enjoy trekking in the mountains, visiting the old medieval town of Caccamo with its Castle, the archaeologic site of Solunto and a lot of small authentic villages in the Madonien mountains or by the sea. I'd love to give you suggestions! The next airport is Palermo (60km), but also Catania and Trapani are reachable in about 1,5 - 2 hours. Das letzte Stück des Anfahrtweges ist nicht asphaltiert (ca. 200m). The last part of the road is not paved (200m).
