Mediterranean vegetation in the nearest environment and the quiet neighborhood make staying and night sleeping comfortable even during the summer heat. The apartment is light, with two bedrooms and kitchen/dining space (equipped with cooker with oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, freezer, washer, etc.) and the glazed balcony with a beautiful sea view. Also, there is a large terrace/garden area that can be used in agreement with the hosts. The bus station and groceries are 800 m from the house. The town center with historical sites, restaurants, cafés and nightlife is about 1.2 km distant from the house. After passing the city center (further 300 m) you will reach beaches in the city. Going on foot, you will need 20 min to the beach (downstairs), and 30 min back to the home (upstairs), so the walking route is steep. - Terrace is beautiful, guests can use it in agreement with hosts. - You will have the whole apartment with patio to yourself and a free parking place on the spot. - Free Parking available on the street in front of the house: please specify if you need a parking spot prior to booking. - Free WiFi Access. - Check in: arrive at any time, accommodate latest by 11 am. - Laundry available for extra cost only.
